- With 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.
- Hands on experience in preparation of shop drawings, designing and detailing of civil and architectural construction and be able to convert Model drawings into working drawings.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power point. Knowledge in 3D modelling / revit /photoshop is an advantage.
- Has accumulated experience in Complete civil works and Fit-out projects and has extensive knowledge on the materials for Civil / Fit-out construction such as Malls, Office Buildings, Hospitality projects and Industrial construction.
- The applicant must be able to generate bill of quantities and materials list from his autocad drawings.
- GCC experience is an advantage but not required.
- Can be able to work with less Supervision, can handle work pressure and a team player.

NOC/ Release is a must.

Job Title:
MEP Site Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling requirements.
  • Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track.
  • Gather information, develop solutions, and adjust to necessary changes in work sequences.
  • Provide a daily report of site conditions including work scope, force levels, and safety issues.
  • Supervise completion of snag-lists, close-out documentation, and demobilize the job site at the completion of a project.
  • Acquisition of an in-depth knowledge of maintenance requirements for building and infrastructure systems and implementation of staffing deployment strategies to meet the same.
  • Organize and supervise the MEP staff responsible for the maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Provide operational, technical and mentoring support to all delegated personnel and subcontractors.
  • Fully understand the requirements of the maintenance systems and be able to implement them as required.
  • Be able to assess maintenance and repair requirements and be able to appropriately match staff and skill sets.
  • At least with any FM back ground.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Preparing work program for tendering purposes.
  • Preparation of complete planning package upon contract award (Baseline, WBS, PMS, etc.)

Job Title:
Facilities Engineering Coordinator

Reported developments to FM Manager/ Engineer/ Supervisor.
Preferably Male, with FM company working experiences at least 6 months
Know how to assign job/works to the technicians/ Housekeeping
Assist in sub-project planning and vendor selection and quality assurance efforts.
Assist the FM team in supervising the work of team members and tracking overall work progress
Define clear targets and objectives and communicate them to other team members
Preparing monthly reports for the housekeeping, building maintenance and mobile team maintenance using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

You must have 3+ years of GCC forklift and generator sales experience or any experience pertaining to the same field.
Be able to do 4 times Sales on personal cost to company.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.

Job Title:
Electronics Technician

5 years in the field of doors installation

The electronics technician conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. The position applies knowledge of electrical/electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. The electronics technician provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing.

Essential Functions:
  • 1. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipment.
  • 2. Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
  • 3. Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.
  • 4. Advises operators and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
  • 5. Informs appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.
  • 6. Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
  • 7. Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.
  • 8. Assists maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
