We are seeking a qualified MEP Facilities Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a facilities management company. The candidate must have strong knowledge of building MEP systems and the ability to effectively manage site technicians while ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site technicians for daily MEP maintenance operations.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance and emergency response activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as per client requirements.
• Monitor performance standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding site updates and maintenance issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities management company.
• Strong knowledge of building MEP systems.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing site operations.
• Ability to prepare professional technical and monthly reports.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor specializing in storage racking installation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating installation teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate storage racking installation activities on-site.
• Manage installation crews and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections and oversee project handover to clients.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions when challenges arise.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients throughout project execution.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision for storage racking installation projects.
• Experience with Selective Pallet Racking, Cantilever Racking, ASRS, and other storage systems.
• Strong leadership and workforce coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
