We are seeking a qualified MEP Facilities Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a facilities management company. The candidate must have strong knowledge of building MEP systems and the ability to effectively manage site technicians while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site technicians for daily MEP maintenance operations.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance and emergency response activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports as per client requirements.
- Monitor performance standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding site updates and maintenance issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities management company.
- Strong knowledge of building MEP systems.
- Experience supervising technicians and managing site operations.
- Ability to prepare professional technical and monthly reports.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

We are seeking a qualified FM Engineer to oversee facilities management operations, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of building services, experience coordinating maintenance activities, and the ability to maintain service quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities management operations and ensure the proper functioning of building systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and service providers to resolve maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
- Monitor maintenance performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding facility issues, service requests, and operational updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and optimize facility performance.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed within agreed timelines and service standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building MEP systems and maintenance practices.
- Experience coordinating maintenance teams and managing service operations.
- Good technical reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
