We are seeking a qualified MEP Facilities Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a facilities management company. The candidate must have strong knowledge of building MEP systems and the ability to effectively manage site technicians while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site technicians for daily MEP maintenance operations.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance and emergency response activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports as per client requirements.
- Monitor performance standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding site updates and maintenance issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities management company.
- Strong knowledge of building MEP systems.
- Experience supervising technicians and managing site operations.
- Ability to prepare professional technical and monthly reports.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
